Turbo crank pulley has two levels of grooves. Grooves on the side that is attached to the pulley flange has smaller diameter and the outer grooves has larger diameter. The larger diameter pulley serves to increase the speed resulting in faster acceleration and higher horsepower without putting more stress on the engine.
